delivering the highest quality service and professionals in our field. We specialize in Fire Door Inspections, Recertifications and Repairs, Fire / Smoke Damper Inspections & Repairs, Firestopping, Fireproofing, SOC
surveys, PFI Remediation, and Healthcare Regulatory Compliance.
Firestopping is a critical component in maintaining code compliance in healthcare and commercial facilities. We
are now hiring technicians and willing to train the right candidate.

Required Skills

Responsibilities Include; however, we will train.
 Knowledge of wall barriers/ratings
 Knowledge of UL listings
 Firestopping of all major manufacturer materials
 Caulk, spay, and stuff applications
 Carpentry and drywall
 Ability to read blueprints/life safety drawings
 Interaction and direct communication with project and facility managers
 Detail oriented for completing survey and repair reporting
 Annual training sessions

Job Skills & Requirements:
 Self motivated and ability to work independently
 Experience in customer service
 Professional appearance
 Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent
 Valid driverís license
 Must be over 21 years of age
 Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
 Travel is required
 OSHA 10 or passing course within 14 days of employment

Description of Benefits: Salary / Commissions / Bonuses / Other

Salary / Benefits:
 Pay range based on experience, technician ability and service: $29k - $47k per year
 Insurance: Health, Dental, Disability & Life Insurance offered after 60 days of employment.
 Holidays after 6 months
 PTO after 1 year
 410(k) after 90 days.
